I'm Romeo and I specialize in values-based leadership awareness and development. Through my private practice, I support high-caliber individuals to reconnect with their core personal values to deepen, expand, and maximize their contributions to society.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has valuable contributions to offer to the world and each other. Understanding these contributions begins with identifying our core drivers—our values—which serve as our foundation. These deeply held motivators guide our thoughts and our actions, and once they come to surface, we become more aware of our truths and the lives we want to create for ourselves and for the next generation of world citizens.

about Romeo
Romeo Ymalay is an experienced coach and culture transformation consultant specializing in values-based leadership awareness and development. He holds an International Coaching Federation credential at the Professional Certified Coach level.
​
While his clients span diverse industries, they share common coaching needs: aligning values, setting boundaries, overcoming imposter syndrome, and enhancing self-confidence. Through his values-based coaching approach, clients rediscover their foundational motivations, fostering positive changes in career paths, mindset shifts at work, family dynamics, and personal growth.
Romeo's individual coaching clientele includes senior executives from Fortune 100 companies, senior IT executives, actors, entrepreneurs, and small business owners and founders across the United States, Australia, Mozambique, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, and France. He also works with U.S. Foreign Service Officers and civil servants globally as a leadership coach for the U.S. Department of State.

Romeo was born in Dumaguete City, Philippines and raised in the Bronx, New York. He previously lived in Washington, D.C., where he actively engaged with Filipino American and AANHPI communities to amplify their voices across government levels. He now resides in Brasilia, Brazil, with his husband, a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, and their diplo-dog.
