Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully this policy and agreement. STRUCTURE AND FEES The coaching sessions will be tailored to individual needs of the clients. We will explore during the Intake Session your goals for the coaching engagement, expectations as partners in your coaching journey, and determine the strategies to help you move forward.  3-Month Engagement | 6 Sessions Best for: Values alignment, getting clear on what's next, and building early momentum. • 1.5-hour intake session (booked at time of purchase) • Five 1-hour coaching sessions • Investment: $4,500 paid in full or $1,550/month (payment due the first day of the month) 9-Month Engagement | 10 Sessions Best for: Values alignment, deeper exploration, and real traction on your goals. • 1.5-hour intake session (booked at time of purchase) • Nine 1-hour coaching sessions • Investment: $13,000 paid in full or 3 installments of $4,450 (payment due the first day of every three months) 12-Month Engagement | 16 Sessions Best for: Full leadership transformation with sustained accountability. • 1.5-hour intake session (booked at time of purchase) • Fifteen 1-hour coaching sessions • Investment: $18,000 paid in full or 6 installments of $3,200 (payment due the first day of every two months) All three engagements starts with a 90-minute intake session where we get into what matters most to you, what's getting in the way, and where you want to go. Then we build together an action plan to help you get there. The investments are in US Dollars and non-refundable. Payments are due as indicated for each coaching engagement type. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULE, AND SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY  First session must be scheduled within 30 days of purchasing a leadership coaching engagement service. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled in advance during the Intake session. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, that missed session is forfeited. CONFIDENTIALITY All conversations and information shared between you and me will be private and confidential. No personal ideas, information, or thoughts expressed will be shared with any party outside of this agreement.  CLIENT CONSENT Your purchase indicates that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement.
