Personal Strategic Advisor
A Thought Partner for Leaders Carrying Real Responsibility
I work with a small number of senior leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and change to help you see clearly what’s driving your decisions and what it’s costing to lead the way you do.
⸻
A quieter reality
Many leaders I work with are not lacking clarity.
They’re navigating the tension between:
• what works
• and what feels true
Over time, something starts to feel off.
It’s not always obvious nor always urgent.
But it’s persistent.
This is where our work begins.

What This Surfaces
As we work together, you may begin to notice:
• where you’re operating on habit rather than choice
• where something that once worked no longer fits
• where performing well is asking something of you you haven’t fully named
Not everything resolves neatly. But once you see it clearly, it becomes harder to ignore.
⸻
What Changes
Clients often notice:
• greater clarity in complex decisions
• more consistency between what they value and how they lead
• increased trust from their teams
• a quieter, more grounded confidence
And in some cases, decisions that had been postponed begin to move once the cost of not acting becomes clear.

Fit
This work tends to be a fit for leaders who:
• are carrying meaningful responsibility
• are open to reflection and being challenged
• want to understand the impact of how they lead
It’s likely not a fit if you’re looking for:
• quick answers
• surface-level solutions
• or support that focuses only on performance without questioning what’s driving it
